When I was 16, I was 6'2 and probably weighed around 165 lbs. I also smoked a lot of weed, despite being a pretty athletic kid and really good at sports (trying not to sound ****y here).
By the time I was 18, I was clean and weighed 175 lbs but had grown an inch. I was also in the best shape of my life cause I was the captain of my college's freshman crew team and worked out 6 days a week (sometimes 7).
Then I transfered to a music school to get my bachelors degree in jazz performance (on guitar) and ballooned up to about 220 lbs and smoked a lot of weed again and drank often at times. When I graduated (when I was 23), I decided to get back in shape and run 3-5 miles everyday. By February of this year I was doing 250 pushups every other day, 500 situps every day, and maintaining my running schedule and weighed about 175/180.
I have now been training for boxing (after being a diehard fan my whole life) for 3 months. I don't drink or smoke. I am 24 and near the best shape of my life since freshman year of college. Today after my workout, I weighed 172 lbs and aim to fight 165 (middleweight) when my skills are dope (hopefully in like another 5 months or so...) Cheers dude.

Well, i was kind of chubby when i started boxing, and i stayed a bit soft in the belly until i trained more seriously.
At 16 i was like 6'2 270 pounds, right now im 6'4 240 pounds. I lost weight but it was all fat, i gained a lot of muscle too. To be completely cut i would need to be at around 225 pounds.
