  • Awesome Ab Workout

    This is a great ab workout www.extreme-fitness-now.com/6-pack-abs.html. You will totally feel the burn. I do most of these exercises when I work my abs. Getting hit in the stomach is not fun with flabby abs.

    There are some other good exercises as well as Plyometrics.

      I found the ¨Barbell Ab Rollout¨ exercise listed here in the following ab workouts to really smash the abs without the high repetitions but gotta admit dont do it often coz its hard!

        I got this one from ********boxing.com, they suggest 2 rounds or so but Im currently doin 4. I changed the side crunches to jack-knifes to hit the obliques better. The air bicycles are a *****.

        30 sec hands behind head crunches (12-15)
        30 sec hands behind head sit-ups (8-10)
        30 sec leg raises (8-10)
        30 sec air bicycle (15, touching both elbows to knees count as 1)
        30 sec side jack-knife (oblique V-up) (8-10)
        30 sec side jack-knife other side (oblique V-up) (8-10)
        rest 60 seconds and repeat as many times as possible

        Its nice since theres usually an interval timer goin off in the gym anyways. Wall clocks work good too.

          i do this one. I dont wear spandex while i'm doing it though.
