Danny... check out pilgrims pride or natures own odorles fish oil, its only about $1 more per 60 cap bottle. No burps whatsoever, and all the oil is from tuna mackeral and salmon.

Lol my mom use to make me take fishoil, the nastiest after taste and the burps would make me want to puke...I feel your bain brotha. Lol I really dont see the point in fishoil

Take a quick look on google, lowers heart rate, increases fat loss, healthier basically.

hey guys, i think that flaxseed oil is better than fish, fish generally has traces of mercury in it which is not good for the body.

both flaxseed oil and fish oil contain the same thing omega-3 fatty acids so it will do the same job without the smell lol
