You are doing good in my opinion, you throw some nice combinations head/body and you are holding your own agaisnt a guy that seems a bit bigger than you.

The only negative thing i noticed is that after your throw your punches you drop your hands almost every time. In sparring that might be no big deal but you still could get snapped.

yeaa.. i tend to drop my hands after every combination the guy was like 21 in that video and had 18 or 20 oz glove XD , thanks 4 ur comments i will work on my problem once i start training agian!!!!!

yeah not bad dropping your hands after combos is a habit i have too, thats the only time i ever get caught in sparring come to think of it so work on that.......also nice left hooks i saw
