I find my biggest weakness is my thighs. Not so much for strength, but for mass.

My calfs are far superior but i wouldn't say my legs are lacking in strength. Squats, lunges and general cardio (running/skipping) are all part of my training regime, but for a good 4 years i see no physical improvements with thigh mass, mainly the hamstrings. Anybody got any tips for a more improved upper leg mass? Like i said, my calf size is quite superior in comparison.

Stronger neck gives you strong chin.

        example Holyfield

another type of exercise for chin is done by Margarito was post here 1/2 year back if you search for it.

He put a towel in the floor and makes a bridge but not his chin, on the towel, supporting his body

They can ingest them nowadays. If that is true, then he talking **** about boxing and his fights. They do random drug tests at club shows too. If he does fight, can't wait for the cheating **** to get caught. ZMA is the only legal testosterone boosting supplement.

It is more likely that you just have a better chin now because the longer you box the bettter your chin gets more so then how strong your legs are.

The short answer is no. The longer answer is that stronger legs will help you obtain better balance, which is obviously good for boxing, as better balance will help you from being knocked down. But strong legs will not help you have a "better chin,” which of course really means being “knocked out.” They are two different things.

A KO happens when a concussion occurs after a punch to your head. After a hard enough hit your brain goes into a whiplash motion, breaks through the liquid barrier that protects it, and hits the side of your head.* And as they say, down you go…

Strengthening your neck will help somewhat (helps protect you from said whiplash) but a strong enough hit will still cause the action to occur internally even if your head doesn’t move an inch. The best thing you can do more than anything else is simply work on your defense.

              * On a side note, some people biologically have better internal protection within their head. This is why some people can take hits that others can’t. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to improve this internal protection.
