How Can I strengthen my knuckles?

    It may depends on the gloves you use or the way you wrap your hands. I never hurt my hands even tho for the longest time i was wrapping my hands wrong, i tried a few different ways and i find this one to be the best:

    Also i use 2 pairs of hand wraps since i have pretty big hands and 18 foot hand wraps arent enough to protect my hands good enough.

      if you buy a wall bag(there used for wing chung) and punch it they condition your knuckles

          Like another poster said you can build calcium deposites in your hands. Everybody (mostly) knows running will build bone density because of the impact on the ground stressing the bones. Lifting heavy weights increases bone density because of the pressure from the weight (once again) stressing the bones. Swimming on the other hand can decrease bone density because of the complete lack of impact and pressure (its easy to kick underwater as opposed to a leg extension machine for example). So if you do knuckle pushups (stress), or hit **** like a heavybag or jaws (impact) any bones in your hands will develop calcium deposits and knuckles will become larger and harder.

          Yes punching newspaper against a wall will work but when your precious hands are at stake the slower the better, you could **** up your hands and not be able to hold a coffee mug by your 40's. Wait till your hands can handle the pounding on a heavybag and move on to other sensible methods. I can provide links to progressions, message me 4 them.
