dont know bout that.... but when i used to train 4 fights i used to eat normal ceral with out sugar just like special K with diet yogort and it tastes good, good stuff to digest ur stomach a pro boxer told me that XD
Is freeze dried fruit in cereal bad for you? i brought this special K ceral with peachs and apricots but i duno if its bad or good?
no man that stuff isnt bad for you, just dried fruit. special K is a good easy to digest brekkie. i prefer either porridge or eggs though, gives me lotsa energy
