teddy atlas workout system

Anybody seen the new teddy atlas workout system Not that im thinking of buying one or anything just wondered what you think about the number system and the effectiveness of this.I believe this was the sort of system that tyson used for combination punching.I cant get my head around the position of the numbers yet as i normally hit the same spot on the bag for a left jab right cross combination but i can see the thinking behind the high jab. http://www.everlast.com/teddy-atlas-...ut-system.html

there used to be a bag at the gym i go to kinda like that except it was marked with head,ribs and other stuff can't remember

those are the cus d'amato numbers in a heavy bag form. my trainer trained under cus for a few years before he passed away so we use the same number system, but if your trainer uses a different system i don't really see the value of this.
