    Ok, i'm going on Holiday soon and i need to know if there are other exercise i can do inside to keep fit. If it is raining what are so good drills to do for a running alternative.

          Burpees, Skipping, Punch none stop and lift your knees up as high as you can, Straight shots.

          Gutted for you if it rains on holiday though

            Yeah long skipping sessions are really good and will make your footwork alot better, burpees, squat thrusts, and Punching drills maybe with light weights if you get a hold of some.

              HA my time to shine

              If you have a 50lb-70lb db (or a heavyish one) try this it'll kick your ass.
              5 db snatches per arm
              5 db swings per arm
              10 pushup burpees with a high jump
              rest 30-60 seconds
              do 5 rounds at least

              or get a deck of cards. Every cards has a value equal to it, face cards=10 aces =15 jokers (optional)=50 or sumthing. Make black cards burpees and red cards 1+2's or that many combinations, or make black sumthing else I just like 1+2's. You could also make each suit a different exercise but thats to easy. Go through the deck as fast as you can.

              or 60 seconds burpees, pullups, squats, pushups...then
              45 seconds burpees, pullups, squats, pushups
              30...
              15...
              no rest just go all out

              Google Tabata protocol, do up tabata burpees or squats...anything

              Ive made a few killers myself but they all involve running or a heavybag.

                Skipping, push up's, running if possible, situps

                Try new things like burpee's or sumthing like that
