  • Diet Log

    Post what you guys eat and when you eat it when you are training. Lets give eachother an idea of what we eat and we can all help eachother out.

    Breakfast- Kashi cereal, skim milk, apple

    Snack- Can of tuna, some almonds

    Lunch- Lean meat, veggies, olive oil

    PreWO- 1 Scoop Protein Powder

    PostWO- 2 Scoops Protein Powder

    Dinner- Lean meat, veggies, brown rice/sweet potato.
    Dessert- No fat frozen yogurt ice cream with fresh berries. Helps keep me sane.

    What are yall eaten.

    I dont box, just like to try and keep fit by training so i dont use the protein powder stuff...

    Breakfast - Weetabix, Skim milk, piece of fruit (peach usually)

    Snack - Fruit salad - usually g****s, apple, strawberry, kiwi, orange cut up and eaten together..

    Lunch - Tuna Sweetcorn Pasta or Tomato and basil Pasta or Maybe sandwich on wholemeal bread

    Then gym

    Diner - Meat, Usually grilled chicken with some salad, maybe with some rice or veg..


    U think there might to too many carbs in that?? ive been wondering for a little while now

      most of my days ago like this -

      breakfast - 3 egg omlette w/ spinach, cheese, mushrooms. 1 pack of oatmeal. green tea
      snack - beef jerkey
      lunch - tuna , green beans
      snack - protein bar or yogurt
      dinner - chicken breast , spinach salad

      pre workout -whey protien
      post workout - surge recovery drink ( after weight training only)
