The idea that Pavlik is a "one-two, one-two come forward machine" is ridiculous. If you believe he is as simple as they make out then he wouldn't be beating the level of opponents he is.
Watch his fights and watch him counter. Especially drawing his opponent in, stepping back and then coming back with a counter in range. He's good to watch if you're an amatuer.
Smart Man. Pavlik has one of the smartest styles in boxing today. He blocks and counters very well.
