    Bag

I am going to purchase this bag soon but would like to know from some advanced fighters if it is a good bag; bear in mind I am only a beginner, also I am not sure if the weight of it (32kg) is too heavy or too light that when I punch it, it will sway a lot?

          Maan, all I can say,
I'm 1.80 - 1.85 and I've put it in my room without extended chains and **** so I can't punch higher then the middle of it. You might need some extra chains.

that bag will work fine although i recomend a powair water-foam bag. they're pricey but they'll save you a lot of hand trouble with the right gloves
