This is the first vid I posted, of me hitting the heavybag at my gym. Keep in mind, this is just a regular gym, not a boxing gym, but I just wanted to get feedback, I know I have some improvement to do and I figure you guys can tell me the best things to do in order for me to improve. There's no audio because this was recorded on my digital camera, but you get the general idea anyways, unless you want to hear me striking like Ricky Hatton haha.
