I use to box consistently not competitively but I trained. For a couple reasons I ended up stopping a year or so back now im jumping back into it and it has been a long time since i had some intense excercise. I'm just wonderin has anyone else ever done this if so tell me where i should start at, and also can anyone give me some supplements to take to start it up also, nothing to big just something to get my muscles back. thanks

hey man don't take creatine!!!! all it does is fill your muscles with water. Take a definite protein try to go for the muscle milk light or another thats light because it cuts out extra fat and calories. I also would recommend a GNC sport Vitality pack has all the essentials in there.
