Personally I would say eat about 90 mins - 120 mins before your training and have something like wholewheat rice or wholewheat pasta with lots and lots of veggies (if you're vegetarian like me). If not pop some steamed chicken on your plate, but don't skip the veggies!

You want carbs for energy, so things like pasta, bread, rice, bananas. Things like that. You could EASILY find this info by searching on google for two minutes.

Don't eat too close to traning though. About an hour to two hours before.

            Vector: Fuel Up

Vector cereal is the easiest way to get protein and carbs my man. 2 hours before training.

An hour before training have a salmon fillet, it is high in protein which is easily digestible (compared to other meats and fish) and has omega 3,6 and 9 which is good for your joints. have some sort of carbs on the plate, I usually have slices of tomatoes with it. Finish it off with some more light carbs, banana being the best pre work out fruit in my opinion. Hope this helps!
