do any of you guys fight in "open" yet? Thats when it gets fun man. First 10 fights are easy, then once you hit open it gets intereting. Because pretty much everyone at that point is serious about fighting and experienced enought to know what they are doing.

I had 88 fights in my career, including a few in the US in 1988-89, and I've been a trainer since 2000. I shouldn't be in any rankings, since I'm not active anymore.

I think the only fighters who apply for something like this, are the ones who have posted actual fights. Posting bag video's and talking big is too easy, and worth nothing.

Of the fighters who have posted vids in here, Ricky Feroz is by far the best and the most experienced.

DA1, Vers, McAlister etc. are clearly too green to compete with him, although they're not bad for their experience level.

I suggest we make a thread where anyone who wants to be ranked posts a video of at least one of their fights and some training as well (but a fight should be mandatory).

I been fighting open for many years. Traveling to the National PALs, as well as the Golden Gloves, Junior Olympics, and alot of other small tournaments around New England/Canada. I been fighting for 12+ years. I was practically born in the gym. I'm 23, my first fight was at 8 years old but I was always in the gym when I was younger then that.

bag videos? who cares about a bag video. Ive seen kids who are animals ont he heavy bag then get in the ring and cant do nothing. Im not talking big at all. I just dont have my fights on my cpu sorry. I got a couple on a cam-corder thing but thats it.

Where are the moderators? We should have a permanent sparring or fight vid thread. Everyone could send the vid to the mod and hed post the link with the fighters 'stats'. Keep it so just the mod can post so its only vid links.
