It's all discipline but there's a lot of humor.
We aren't allowed to smile, but they do stuff that make us laugh and then the leaders (the leaders are just like me, doing their compulsory service. I might go to the "leadership" cool, but it's hard to get there. Only 1-2 leader medics are picked from ~500 people) will tell us something like "Suck that smile up your ass!" and then they'll suck air like a maniac.
Last week we had 40 minutes to eat, clean our room (you can't believe how good we have to clean it. The leaders pick up a garbage bin [the garbage bin must always be empty when we are not in the room] and hit the bottom when the bin is upside down, so long that some stuff will drop from it, and say "What do we have in here?! Dirt! Clean this room again!"), the toilets, garbage & cleaning equipment service and our lockers (which have to look exactly the same when we are going on a holiday).
Usually it takes 60 minutes just to clean the rooms, well the hilarious comment made by our leader was "Eat fast and enjoy while cleaning"
He's our other "High" leader:

The one who said "Eat fast..." is Jutila
