What makes great footwork? How do you use it effectively? Can someone give me examples of someone that has superb footwork and used it well? Besides Ali obviously.

Just quick feet will help but all depends on your style and weight.

naseem hamed, ray robinson,ray leonard,all had good footwork practice just moving around the ring on your own or around the room, not throwing punches, just moving like a boxer, and skip / jump rope ALOT
