    Posture

I realized not long ago that my posture isn't to great. It looks like my shoulders are starting to round slightly. I'm wondering if there are any exercises at home that i can perform to maintain a good posture.

Lots of stretching. These days boxers don't do enough of it.

Walk around the house with a stick behind your back with your arms hugging it at the elbows...

Pull-ups helped my posture. Just try to be concious of how you are sitting if your at a computer or something.
