  • my new routine

    just started training again after a 4 month lay off. what do you guys think is this ok for a start

    2 hour session going to train 2-3 times a week to get back into it.

    strech
    20 mins skipping
    10 mins shadow boxing
    3 rounds of 3 mins bag work
    3 rounds 3 mins pads
    100 sitt ups more if feeling good
    50+ push ups
    10 mins skip
    slow jog

    sparring now and again but not every session.

    planning on doing this for fist couple moth then back competing again

              i thought it was clean i was apart of a gym, no?

              Anyway i am apart of a gym but i wont be training there untill i get back to the top off my game untill then i'm gonna stick with that plan and just go to the local club were every1 just does there own thing.
