    ok right now to be honest im eating like once or twice a day basically im hardly eating and im not trying to eat all vegetables because a friend who used to box told me that it eats all of your muscles and im not bragging but i do have some muscles but obviously are covered. but how is the right way to eat

    thanks for not being *******s this is a pretty mature site if i do this on another site they would just make jokes

    Eating once or twice a day will slow you're metabalism, And you definetly need to eat breakfast. Cut out sweets and fatty foods, drink greentea often. Eat Oatmeal for breakfast, Don't eat anything late at night. Don't drink milk.

    Now i need to know how to gain weight lol im struggling at it.

      I dont mean to discredit what tyson said, but it's a little more complicated than that. I really, really think you should be drinking low fat milk first of all. I have no clue why someone would say not to drink milk. Oatmeal is your best friend! Live on protein, vegetables, and good fats and carbs. Cutting out bad carbs (any simple carbs) is probably the single most important thing in weight loss. I think the biggest mistake people make is not eating enough and it sounds like you're falling into this trap. You should be eating about 5 small meals a day not 2.

      If you're serious about losing the weight I would recommend a free site called bodybuilding . com . There is so much useful and easy reading nutritional information.
