  • new routine

    Hey guys Im wondering about my routine. I think its pretty solid but if you have a suggestion plz tell me. Id prefer if only the ppl here that actually train responded.

    MON-Early Roadwork, Boxing + Abs
    TUES-Heavybag Conditioning + Strength Endurance
    WED-Early Roadwork, Boxing + Abs
    THU-Early Roadwork, Boxing + Max Strength
    FRI---
    SAT--Jab Development, Speed & Plyometrics, Abs
    SUN-The Interval Challenge (this is iffy but I'll try it and maybe change it)

    My roadwork will be about 3 miles (6-7 min miles), maybe more. My boxing gym is only open 3 days a week but I spar everytime Im there and I do 15+ rounds of bagwork, 15mins jump rope, sometimes handpads, shadowboxing, slip drills and finish with abs.

    Heavybag Conditioning will be something like 10 burpees 30 sec power punching 10 burp....for 5 rounds at least.

    Jab Development is just working technique, hitting the bag, shadowboxing with weights etc. Some speed drills and lots of plyos. I might even do roadwork on this day too.
