    lighter training is basically rest as i see it... So I'll just work on some pivots for today(TUESDAY) and 2mora.. since i had SUNDAY off.....light pad work... and go for my runs.. maybe throw some rope in there too...

    Ok thanks guys... wasn't sure and i woulda asked my trainer but the normal answer from most traininers is just to rest so i wanted to see if somethin else maybe popped up...
