Thoughts on these boots? Adidas Tyrint III

How are they? They don't seem light which can't be good.

**** at first when I saw the thread title I thought you meant footy boots, so I immediately clicked to give you some advice. I even saw the "adidas" in the url, so I figured it must be those types of boots. But then i figured I'm on a boxing forum...

Anyways, a kid at my gym bought those boots not too long ago. He says he really likes them...pretty light, comfortable. Can't really give you any advice from a hands-on experience though.

Gotta add though: if you're looking to order them straight from the internet, I'd think twice. I've always believed that something like shoes ALWAYS has to be tried on, despite there being specific sizes that seemingly should match your foot most of the time. Go to a local store and try them on, and if you like them, then order them from the internet if they're cheaper on the web.
