working in the gym for about 1 hour followed by Punching about 7 heavybags for a total of 15 mins followed by a circuit that involved you getting carpet burn after doing 100/situps/press ups/squats etc.

Man that was the c****st session I ever had!

I'm sure that can be topped prety easily tho.

i used to train three hours a night
and it would be straight fitness for like 2 hours, sparring/bag work for 1 hour depending on the day
as in the first two hours itd be running, step ups, sit ups, medicine ball work, squats, pushups etc with like 30 sec/ 1 min breaks between exercises
              it was murder haha

Try doing 4x 2 min rounds of burpees, 4x 30 second punchout with 10 pushups in between and then tabata intervals. 100 times the intensity of what you just described in half the time.

I haven't had many hardcore hardcore sessions I don''t think. I cross train for conditioning and strength Ive found that wrestling and MMA training and conditioning is some of the toughest Ive learned to appreciate the sports more because of it 2.
