    hey im 14 i weigh 44 kgs and i might be fighting in 2 weeks if im matched up. question is, i dont really put weight on at all, ive weighed this weight for about a year and a half now. so if im not putting on weight, is it still necessary to watch what i eat in the lead up to the fight? even if im not guna put any on? does eating junk have any short term effects besides weight gain? will it improve my boxing performance if i eat well?
