hey for all the ppl out there who actaully fight, how do you cope with nerves and bad emotions etc before a fight.....................................just wondering cos i hav my second real bout in 2 wweeks and i sometimes get real nervous and feel like **** before i fight

I listen to my ipod just before i fight, everyone gets nervous before they get in the ring with the crowd etc. Just play it cool and dont let your opponent see your nervous otherwise he is gonna take advantage of you lol I just hide it within me and do my business when i get in the ring.

How About You Train So Well That You Know Theres No Way The Guy Getting In With You Is On Your Level...
That Helps To Make You Confident...you Take More Risks When Your Confident......then You Start To Not Feel That Those Punches Are Risks At All...
Makes You A Better Fighter When Your Confident.
