      1 Jar of Passata
      Tablespoon of Oregano
      Tablespoon of Basil
      Tablespoon of Crushed Black Pepper
1/2 a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
      1 Chopped onion
      1 Chopped Bell Pepper
Minced Beef (can be made without the meat)

Fry the meat until brown, throw all ingrediants in a large saucepan, cook on low heat for 30 mins, keep stirring.

Hey presto homemade authentic Bolognese sauce.

Dice some fresh tomatoes and cook them in a saucepan with onion and a touch of garlic. Some olive oil will make it better if you don't mind a touch of fat. This is easy and 100x better than sauce from a jar.

Don't cook on high, by the time the pasta is ready you will have a thin sauce.

Basically you can cook most vegetables to eat on pasta

Fish you can use lemon and garlic or stuff like that, anything very light
