Proper way to CLINCH ?

As a last resort, when your covering up and getting hammered, clinching is a better option that taking continued punishment
Can anyone help with the correct way to clinch ?

tie their arms up in between yours.. so ur pretty much holding their arms

I hate clinching now...
after my trainer showed me this move to slide under with your elbow and attack to the stomach easily... its great.
