i am 6'2 and weigh about 176lbs been doing sports all my life jus starting boxing for fun like a year ago, but now i decided to fight for once jsu for the expierience. right now i started to go running 2-3 times a week for about 30mins not sprinting but a decent spped. then i got to the gym for boxing at the club i train at 3 times a week where we spar about 1-2 times a week. the boxing workout is always like 2 hours long. so makes it i either go running to do a boxing workout from mon-friday. tournament i would fight in is 3 weeks away. i used to smoke a blunt or so on the weekends occasionally but will stop until after my fight for the remaining time.

ok let me tell you something.
if you have a history of smoking, you have to decide whether to quit that or boxing. there is no way you can succeed in boxing if you smoke weed, even if its just once on the weekends per week. it sounds like you have decent fitness, carry on training, talk to your coaches. some people fight after 5 months, some after a year or two. it really depends

ok me and tree just posted at the same time two contradicting views. kick the weed if you can, it is harmful tree, so saying it isnt is simply misinforming.
