  • running but not losing

    hey guys, currently i am around 180-185lbs and i am still trying to gain and i can run about 1.5-2 miles but i haven't really got into a routine of running yet and the question i have is that i want to get it to where i run 3 miles mon- friday but i don't want to lose weight or stay where i'm at....will this be too much running???

        As long as your eating enough calories it shouldnt be a problem. Make sure your consuming enough daily or you will start to lose weight.
