    I benched 200 x 3 today, new PR for me.

      In about 3 months I will be setting new heights in this thread...rugby season makes lifting real heavy a bad option, but once the season is over, I will be lifting properly again.

      Currently, as in last time I benched I did 310 for 8 reps. I squatted 260 for 15, last night I was shoulder pressing 80 lbs dumbells for reps also.

          seated military pressed 145x6 today. Moving onto 150 next week, i'll see if i can get 5, then move onto 6.
