In about 3 months I will be setting new heights in this thread...rugby season makes lifting real heavy a bad option, but once the season is over, I will be lifting properly again.
Currently, as in last time I benched I did 310 for 8 reps. I squatted 260 for 15, last night I was shoulder pressing 80 lbs dumbells for reps also.
