    running everyday??

    Hey guys is running everyday detrimental like like lifting everyday. Please no guess work...

    depends what type your doing everyday and what other training you do along with it, try mix things up into your running routine and do days of intervals, sprints burpees and jogs to gain max benefit from all.

      I've heard that you should always give yourself a rest day but I suppose it all depends how strenuous your run is.

            It matters on the person, Mike Tyson ran every day at 4 AM

              Depends on the person, if you've got bad knees, take up rowing or swimming, cardio is always gonna do you good.

                  Jogging should be done daily. But as the other fella said, mix things up so mayb 1-2 times a week doing 200-400m intervals,hill sprints, burpees etc...
