    Recomend me some decent gloves

    Preferably 16oz, as im a bit of a big lad, wanting to use them for bag work and sparring! Any decent ones around?

      Uhm, then what do you suggest to spar with?

      We spar with 16oz at the gym..

          If i spar with smaller oz gloves ill hurt somebody, which ruins the whole sparring session where im trying to test my skills in the ring. Imagine 220+ lbs going into a 12oz shot, not very nice is it?

            not sure why that dude told you not to spar with 16s. a lot of the bigger dudes spar with 18s or heavier.

              yeh train with 16oz while trainin and 16oz while sparring im gna do the same once i get some dam money lol.
              Get some gloves from ringside.com i have heard gd things about the tmf super bag gloves and of course grant ,reyes and everlast are all gd to use to spar.

                sorry guys, i always assumed you use the lighter gloves in sparring for hand speed or something
                i just use 12 oz gloves for both

                  try the ringside IMF TECH gloves. I got a 16 ounce pair and I love them. they also make them in 18oz if you want a bigger glove.

                    th cheap 20 dollar everlast with velcro.. i like those and they are disposable
