    An insulin spike is also very handy in decreasing recovery times when consuming the protein as it delivers the nutrients quicker to the muscles. Also look into L-glutamine this stuff is seriously magic, dropped my recovery down a lot, able to do two strenuous set of exercise a day (morning and night) without feeling the i'll effects from each.
