    Some Help

    Well i weigh 121-123 I'm 5 foot 7. I'm pretty much satisfied with my body, but i do have a bit of fat around my waist. I can see my abs but its the only thing i really hate about my body.

    Heres my question. How can i lose this fat with maintaining all of my Muscle?

    Running and crunches are a stable way to lose fat covering the abs whilst maintain/build muscle tone.

      You cannot target fat loss. Just do more cardio and read my diet solution thread.

          I'm not fighting yet, i'd like to lose any fat on me By the middle of May Then gain about 10-15 ibs of muscle by the end of summer.

            Damn. I am about 5'8, and I weigh 130. I have zero fat around anywhere. How the hell you have any is beyond me.

            Just do cardio. Shouldnt be to hard, and if there is any fat, there shouldn't be much to lose!

            Running and skip rope.

              Yeah, well i have like pretty much 0 fat everywhere but i have slight lovehandles and a bit of belly fat. It's probably just like 3 ibs of fat i want to lose but i want to lose it without losing muscles.
