yeah you are a bit slappy. Torque more with your hips with the hooks, when you throw your left hook twist your left foot clockwise to get more power, throwing the punches right will tire you more until you get it down.

Also since its conditioning try to use a heavier bag thats not soft like that one, also tires you more Ive found.

I'll give a positive; good work with keeping your hands up, from what I saw every time you threw a left, or a right, the opposing glove was where it was supposed to be, which is really good. any coach would love that ****.

aside from the hooks being slappy they looked 'lazy' - ie sacrificing technique for speed - we all did it when we started - it's normal.

          try this,

twist your abs all the way to the left while keeping that right and left up, dip down about an inch or two more and then let the left go while keeping the right up as you spin to the right, make sure the punch travels in a straight motion, from your face, in a right angle 3:00 fashion, right to chin-level area on that bag, try that power punch instead of that punch out ****. and I only tell you to try this because nobody expects a great left hook when you time it just right, and it really debilitates your opponents as it is power-laden.

if you want to increase stamina just do interval running, i know it sucks, but you gotta do it if you wanna win, just like jump rope.

If you like punching in bunches, instead of doing the punch out stuff which anyone will just move in on you in a fight and smother that range no matter how hard your straight shots are and you can't move and repeatedly punch that fast, so work on something you can move and do, such as a jab, cross, jab, combination...i personally think a peekaboo would probably work better for you though since you seem to have a strong core and could probably move your head alot for 4-6 rounds.
