  • Double end bag substitute

I don’t have a place around me to buy a good double end bag so I made one with 2 bungee cords an a tennis ball in the middle. I’ve been using it now for 3 weeks an it seems like its holding it up good and I’m getting a lot sharper using it. Now my question is this doing the same job or does a real double end bag help you more?

never heard of this before... actually sounds like it would be harder to use than a double end bag....

honestly... i dont see a problem with it... can only make you more accurate with a smaller more mobile object.... why not

saw a kid on youtube rocking one of those things. looked pretty rad.

my family got my a free standing reflex bag from title for xmas. works great, but you can't control the tightness of the rebound like you can with a d.e. bag.

Thats a great idea. Im going to set one up now. I'll have all the major equipment then. I'll be able to train properly at home instead of just at the gym. How exactly did you set it up? like did you just stab the S hooks into the ball? I might find a ball slightly bigger and heavier just so it'll move more but whatever...
