      hey
      good effort
      punches look decent
but the stance isnt right, you are straight on to your opponent, you need to turn more to limit the surface area he can hit you. the footwork looks a bit dodgey, because you are sort of jumping sometimes when moving. this makes your balance worse and will just tire you unecessarily. im fairly new aswell, but if i was sparring you id go for your body because the way you stand square on opens it up alot.
but ive seen far worse so nice effort.

You look like your being forced to shadow box.. and that you don't wanna be there.

Tips? Uh.. you move like a robot.

Your too rigid. i can tell that your only comfortable moving anti clockwise. youe stand too straight up forcing you to lean to reach your target, meaning your gonna easily be countered. your jab is good one although dont force the jab, you just flick it out and apply tension when your 3/4's of the way to the target making the jab twice as fast and unpredictable.

TIPS: ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RELAX. YOUR TOO STIFF. BOB AND WEAVE, MAKE MORE HEAD MOVEMENTS BUT PRECISE ONES. BE LOOSE AND WHEN YOU SHADOWBOX, ACTUALLY VISION SOMEONE INFRONT OF YOU, IT WILL HELP YOU MOVE THE WAY YOU SHOULD IN A REAL FIGHT

I agree with above. Also your hands seem to be in front of your face, but a bit apart from each other so straight shots could be sneaked through.

                  Tips, Ok:

1- Try to tuck your chin down a bit, not to much so its uncomfortable, but a bit so its harder to hit.

2-Loosen Up! Shots are always more fluent and better when your loose and easy. Fell comfortable in what you do

Thats all i can really think of right now.
