You have some positives and negatives.

      Positives:
You're keeping your chin low, that's good.
Hand speed looking alright, although the bad quality might make it look faster due to skipping frames.
You're in a good position to counter a lazy jab or straight right.

      Negatives:
Shoulders too high, that screws up your stamina.
Relax yourself, keep shoulders low and your punches will be less telegraphed.
Try some upper body movement, head movement.
Try using your feet a little more instead of just bullying the heavy bag with your forearms, that can bite you in the ass in a real match.
Give some more angles, you're one-dimensional and can be easily figured out by an experienced boxer.
Basically be a little less predictable and relax yourself.
Relaxing is key to winning a fight.

Just a side note, your waiting to long before you throw the left hook. I have the same problem and didn't realize it until I took some video. Since then I've worked on being more fluid with out the hesitation. Everything else looks good besides what was mentioned before. There seemed to be plenty of snap in those punches but try to keep your hands up. Tired or not perfect practice means perfect execution, or if you perfer "The more you sweat in training the less you bleed in the ring."

Seriously, why do some people feel the need to add absolutely nothing constructive to guys who post vids? It's really immature and pointless. Surely respect has to be given for putting yourself out there and asking for feedback?

I thought you looked pretty bloody good fella. I wouldn't want to be on the end of any of those shots! I'm not a boxer but I love the sport and like to keep fit, unlike a lot of the people on this forum, i don't PRETEND to be anything else.

I'm not talking about people who actually give good advice, just the idiots who try and fail to be funny.

Your friend is very technical and loose and seems to be the better boxer,as for you your very shakey and short or do yo naturally throw uppercuts underneth the bag.. you need more work then him.. but both of you keep working.. and make sure the next time you post a vid one of you is getting KOed by the other!

yes he is better, he is practicing much longer than me, and he was amateur national champ last year, now he is training hard to go pro soon.. i'm not short that much (i'm 182cm) but that bag is pretty tall... that was old vids i put there recorded few months ago, were both better now, new vids will come soon
