I'm doing a circuit class that includes some bag and pad work. 1 hour duration, includes some weight and abd work also and gets varied every session by the traininer. Keeps things interesting and it's agreat workout. Not sure if you have anything like that near you (and this one only costs £2 session).

one basic thing i love to do from time to time is hold a push up position.

a person may be able to do 100 pushups, but can they hold a half up position for more than a couple of minutes.

this exercise helps link the body and helps develope your ward off power.

in my art, we have so many unique exercises that can make a seasoned bodybuilder cry because they work differently then weightlifting.

For cardio, try running up and down huge stairsets.. that's something you'll definitely feel. Space out the activities you do in your regular routine into different days so you're not so used to doing everything in your current routine every day. For example, day 1: cardio... running, step machine, etc. day 2: mitt/heavy bag training, skipping etc. day 3: strength training: weight training, etc. and so on... it'll take long for your body to adapt to this kind of a method and i find yourself being more motivated for training sessions, and working the same things everyday is what makes your body adapt so quickly to what you do. Also enough rest between training days is always good. Hope that helped, and good luck

Sledgehammer training will kick your ass, GREAT condition exercise. I also enjoy sandbag training. I have a link but the site is down for now.
