From playing Rugby i picked up tendinitis. IT destroyed my carrer. I couldnt run for more than two plays.Months later I started running back up, but it slowly comes back, i never ran for months, but out of the blue i ran about 7.5K and have been for 2 weeks every morn. I find myself slowing down rather then picking up the pace. Doc says ice and advil, i say *uck that shi*, advil doesnt help anything, especially this.
So i was just wondering if anyone else has this same problem....ankle brace helped a little bit, but also just cut off circulation(had to pull tight so the pain went away, awkward run). What the hell do i do? Time does not work, i tried that. I need this run. Weather is perfecto.
Jesus obviously does not want me in that ring....but I'll show him..... I can take him.
