If you wana lose wieght and keep off fat you 30 minutes of Jump Roping would be good to add it.
Very hard to do if your a beginner and out of shape, try that couch to 5k program I will start to get you into the shape you need to be. Once you advance your endurance and health increase the intensity and do things like burpees, best conditioning exercise around.

I ****ing hate burpees, they really do suck. I mean you'r right on the money, they work great, and I normally love really intense exercise, but for some reason, burpees just make me wanna cry. lol

How often should I train an how many rounds should I start with? And should I do 3 min rounds or 2 an 30 sec rest or 1 min rest I will do what ever I need to make this happen so just let me know what is the best approach to achieve the best outcome.

        Thank you

What you need to do will depend on the talent you were born with, the background you have had in athletics, and the goals which you intend to pursue. With so little information at hand it is rather difficult to give you any legitimate advice. Sounds like you are training yourself at home. Well, you can go a long way, if you have talent. However, you will need a real coach to take you to that next level. If there is a lack of boxing clubs in your area, you can start out with books and videos. I like Joe Frazier's book, but there is Rossboxing and many others.
