Well what special drills do your coach makes you do, or do by your own that you think most ppl dont.
I mean everybody does (or should) spar,heavybag,speedbag,double end bag, ropeskip, mittwork... etc
but which ones do you think are your special ones,
i think mine are weightes hill sprints ( i use tires, dont have the cash for slides)
And my coach sometimes has me doing dizzy shadow boxing hahaha makes me spin in the ring and then i have to shadow box and keep my balance.. sounds ****** but it does help, i dont know if many ppl do it but i dont think so,...
