Boxing gear in Europe

Hey everyone I've been hitting the heavybag with €25 Everlast bag gloves so obviously they are crap. Have them about 2 months now and they started to rip a while ago. Also, I have hurt my hands many time.
I tried ordering from title but they just kept on charging more money for the shipping and at the end it was like $170 just for those GEL title bag gloves and handwraps.
Where do other people from europe buy their boxing gear? I wan't to pay about €50-70 for the gloves.

Those Reyes gloves are to ship from england I think... Does anyone know if shipping from england and shipping from america is alot different?

Shipping from England would be cheaper as because our countries are part of the European Union our trade is tax exempt. If you order from the U.S it is quite possible that a tax will be slapped on it and you will have to pay additional costs upon delivery.

I have two pairs of bag mitts, a Lonsdale pair and an Everlast pair. Both i've found are great, the Lonsdale pair were comfortable and well padded and had lasted quite well on the bag. My problem was they were I couldn't get a bigger pair and getting them on with wraps was tough. I guess I have quite large hands because and Everlast Large fits me comfortably without wraps, with wraps they're "snug".

I recommend Lonsdale or Everlast. Both trusted makes and both good quality and reasonably priced.

Your hands hurting is normal, to an extent, they shouldn't be in too much pain, only a small amount, so long as your hands are properly wrapped. I've personally never felt any pain post bag work out. I don't see the need for the gel mitts, I believe it's wasted money but I guess that's because I don't get much pain from the bag. A while ago I had some fingerless bag mitts, hated them, totally. Wouldn't recommend, but then again they were also weren't of the same quality of the ones you've sent the link for.

I'd say don't waste your money on the commercial stuff. Companies want you to spend money and some people will spend, spend, spend. Wasn't too long ago that I saw something like an Everlast timer. Thought "oo what's this?", was just a timer which counted down from 3 minutes...I bet people bought it though, just because it was somehow linked to boxing. I've also seen a skipping rope which "motivates you"...****** stuff.

Buy some decent bag mitts, they won't cost you alot. Mine cost £18.99, only just got them but I trust they'll be fine. Bag mitts aren't supposed to be expensive, if you get into boxing it goes a little like this:

Bag mitts ~ £20
Sparring gloves ~£30
Boxing gloves ~ £80 +

Bag mitts are for the bag, they don't need to be amazing. Save your money and see through companies trying to pick up a few more pennies for very little.

Should I buy medium or large bag gloves if I want to use 180'' wraps?

Totally depends on your hand size. Try find some size guides if you're buying online. I bought mine from the shop so I just tried them on without wraps. With wraps I assume you want them to be "snug" but not tight. You want to be able to feel them and have to push your hand in rather than slip it in, in order to ensure that they are secure. Your weight and heigh do not always determine your hand size. I'm 6ft, and only ~ 152lbs but I wear adult - large.
