1min Slow lying down cycling With 2kg Weights On Each Foot.
1min Vertical Arm-Shooter Situps.
1min Opposite Leg To Hand Touch Situps.
1min Really Slow Situps.
1min Lying Down Leg Raises Without Letting Heels Touch Floor.
1min Left-Right Twist Situps.
(Do not rest in-between each exercise, make it continuous.)
3 Times Through, With 1 Minute Rest In-Between Sets.
