  • Basketball and push ups.

    Every morning i play basketball for 3 hours and for every shot i miss i do 10 push ups. I have notice that i am getting more shredded and my stamina is even greater than before. You guys should try this its pretty awsome.

        I don't have 3 hours to play basketball every morning, your damn lucky if you do! But basketaball is a great workout

          Sounds good but like Mr Tricky said, I'd be pretty much doing 3hrs pressups a morning.
