    thanks guys now on to skipping ropes.. i got a good one.. But i suck at it rofl! I know it needs time but it sucks haha xD!

      I second that motion on the plyos. It works a lot on your lower body. Also, trains/develop fast twitch muscles. Great for speed and power.
