the most glaring omissions I can see are the lack of fruit and vegetables in your diet. One portion of salad at night isnt enough. Also that is a very low carbohydrate diet. Carbs give you your energy and aid in restoring glycogen levels in your muscles and liver. Also helps in the uptake of protein into your muscles. You should be eating 7g of carbs per kg of bodyweight assuming you are training hard for about 90mins each day. You will still lose weight eating this much.

What time are you training during the day? Its important to be timing your meals right, and eating the right foods at the right times to provide energy for your workouts, as well as proper nutrients for your recovery.

Do a ****load of cardio, also try eating your tuna with a salad, goes down well. Get those chinese food container (plastic) put some lettuce, chopped up carrots, tomato, cucumber and whatever other vege's you like it makes a great healthy lunch.

But weights will not really help you lose weight try a run in the morning or tabata intervals, gets your metabolism cranking and if you've got some spare money invest in some L-Carnitine (acelyted- i think thats the word but absorbes better) and take it with vitamin C to absorbe even better, take it about 1 hour or a little more before you workout to help burn fat and helps you run longer and harder.

                Hope this helps

                  read this: http://www.johnberardi.com/articles/...on/7habits.htm

personally, I would add 2-3 interval running sessions a week or tabatas (can't remember if someone mentioned that) -- interval runs are far more efficient in fat burning

don't restrict calories too much; many people think that the more they cut out of their diet, the more weight they will lose; however much of this weight lost can be muscle tissue or the fat cells that actually help to mobilize fat tissues and burn it off; read this as well, lots of good info: http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1392804
