That is quite low, curious if anyone else on here knows theirs?

there are scales that do it..however they are not accurate at all they take account age, weight, and height..but not accurate..i worked at a gym for like8 years..best way is the calibers..had a bodybuilder with like 4% step on one of the scales and it said he wuz like 32%..lol..way off

same deal with me. I have one and it fluctuates like mad. I think what you ate that day and how hydrated you are makes a big difference with those things.

It has to be pretty accurate, otherwise why would a medical center have one? This was not one of the cheap priced ones.

I did what she told me to do for the day, do not eat anything 6-8 hours before using it (or drink much).

It's an inbody test im guessing.

You stand on it barefoot and it sends vibrations through your body and works everything out through that
